“Big Brother Google” 
This blog has been created for anyone wishing to air their views or concerns about google and their strangle hold over much of the internet.
I personally disapprove of Googles double standards on several counts.
The censorship policies they adopt,putting money before liberty.
The moralistic standards they have taken upon themselves to police the internet.
The intrusion of their tracking and obtainance of personal and other information by stealth.

I too agree that Google seem to have apponted themselves as moral guardians and information censors when no-one asked them to do so. They have clearly demonstrated that they are willing to dump their ‘information retreiver’ function and adopt an ‘information censor’ function when faced with political pressure - eg China.
As Google have grown, they have turned into the very thing they vowed to never turn into - an arrogant behemoth like Microsoft. Unfortunately, arrogance and abuse of power goes hand in hand with such success - it’s human nature and none of us would act any differently if we were in their shoes.
It’s important, therefore, that they realise this and stop being such a pain in the ass. They are the best search engine out there but ultimately, that’s what they are. A search engine designed to bring you the information that you request. They need to stay on this side of that line.
